RBK 13 Wi-Fi is working but ethernet says there is no Internet
All of a sudden, my hardwired ethernet connection PC is not connecting to the Internet, but all of my Wi-Fi devices are. What is going on?

I have swapped out at least three different ethernet cables, and get the same error. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue attempting various fixes to no avail. I am wondering if the ethernet connection to the Orbi router is bad.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the system using a wired PC and web browser?

- Oppie2112Oct 11, 2024AspirantThe first thing I’m going to do is try to bypass the router and hardwire directly into the modem first and see if that corrects the issue. If it does, then that would indicate that the Orbi is not working correctly with Ethernet and then I will proceed with the step you recommended

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
