RBK 33 set up failure

Trying to set up my RBK33-100NAS Orbi system with two satellites. However, whenver I am to connect to my Orbi I always get a message FAILURE TO OBTAIN IP ADDRESS. Not sure how to resolve this so as to complete the setup.

    an you please provide more information.

    What device (brand and model number) is the Orbi router's WAN (yellow) port connected to?

    How are you setting up the Orbi (web browser or Orbi "app")?

    Connect what to your Orbi?

     

    What is the modem in front of the RBR40? (That's the router bit of your bundle.)

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
