RBK 50 Wifi speed is 35mbps while ethernet speed is 500mbps

I cannot figure out why the wifi speed of my orbi RBK50 is 25-30mbps, when the RBK50 ethernet speed is 500mbps; the Xfinity routers ethernet speed is 500mbps the Xfintiy wifi speed is 150mbps. The Or...
