RBK12 Orbi AC1200 Dual-Band Mesh WiFi System 2 pack I wonder if it is possible to shut off the wifi at night by schedule. I am thinking about buying one but I can’t find this feature in the online ...

It's not in the manual because it doesn't exist. With practically every device in the home being WiFi enabled these days, the emphasis is on "24/7/365" networking, not on shutting it off for hours every day.
A couple of mechanical timers on the electric outlets will achieve this.
