RBK13: can't detect orbi wifi

Use the App to install the Netgear RBK13, after connecting modem, router and satellites, the App ask for join OrbiXX wifi but unable to join. And no Orbi wifi in iphone setting.

Please help

    what modem/gateway are you connecting the orbi to? 

    What firmware is on the orbi? 

    Does it work if you hardwire a pc/laptop into it and access it through the browser?
