Rbk20 firmware doesn’t update from 2.3.5.30
I’m frustrated as I’m trying to resolve a security issue raised by Netgears own network scan. It said I didn’t have the latest firmware. I used to the orbi app to check for updates. I got an error....
Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

Could you be more specific as to which documentation? I checked the ones I could, I haven’t been successful yet.
