Rbk20 satellite power LED remains orange, not working

The satellite was working fine, but in one day, the connection of the satellite was lost, so I tried to reconnect on the app. I remembered the satellite flashing purple. Then the next day, the power LED remained orange as the photo shown. There is no light in the ring. I have tried to use a paper clip to press the reset button for 30 seconds, still not working.

    Try the RBR power supply on the RBS to see if the RED LED changes. If not, possible that the RBS is faulty and needs replacing.
