RBK20 WiFi cant connect to Wired devices

Is these devices connected to the RBR, RBS or do you have the wifi running on the ISP router and devices connected there?

    Wired:  I wired it to both the switch (connected to router) and also directly to the RBR with no change.

    Wireless:  I am believe Ive been connected to the RBR and BRS with same issue.
