There are three passwords on an Orbi system:

• The WiFi login password.  This can be changed from the Orbi web interface, the Basic Tab, Wireless.  Just type in the new password and "Apply".
• The administrative management password.  This is changed from the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, Administration, Set Password.  This is also where the security questions are entered for recovering when the password is unknown.  "Out of the box" the admin credentials are "admin" and "password".  (The "admin" part cannot be changed and it appears there is no point to even having user enter it, but Old Habits Die Hard.)
• The Orbi "app" password, which is the Netgear account email and Netgear account password.
