rbk22 -flashing white light

I just bought a new orbi rbk22 system. The router keeps flashing white forever..

    The customer service 24/7 number is also not working... Really I might just return this product.

    Are you walking thru the set up wizard after setting up the router?

    What Mfr and model# is the ISP modem the router is connected to?

     

    What FW is the router using currently?

      My firmware is up to date. It is attached to verizon fios modem.

    What model# is the ISP modem the router is connected to?

     

    What FW version is the router using currently?

     

    Factory reset the router and walk thru the set up wizard. Use a wired PC connected to the router.
