My question is after I originally sync the satellite how do i determine it is still working. All I get is a blinking white light on both the router and the satellite. Does that mean they are sync?

    I missed that part about the modem problem....??

    The white lights should go out after short while.  Leave it alone.  Go see if you can visit a website.
