Hi, I don't how to include all of the relevent information that is required to help to indentify my product better. I don't even know what some of it means.
The simple issue is that I have a three way Orbi mesh system ( one router and two satellites/booster ). My tv box from my internet provider is connected via Ethernet cable to one of the Obri satellites/booster. I'm getting internet connection to the tv box and I'm able to access and watch the apps like Netflix and YouTube and all of the other apps. So network connection is not the issue.
But I'm not able to see any of the tv channels from my service provider. I've tried trouble shooting with my service provider but they have had no luck so far. Since I'm getting good internet connection and able to use the other apps it does not make any sense.
I want to try and turn off all security and any firewalls on the Orbi app to see if this helps in any way. How do I do that? When I log into the app the security is just there. How do I get rid of it? And are there any firewall setings that I can aslo tinker with?
I'm not very tech savy so any response will help.
Thanks.
Ron.

It would help to know the specific device provided by the ISP.
The correct method to connect an Orbi system is an ethernet cable from the WAN (yellow) port on the RBR20 router to the ISP modem.
