However, Just purchased a new RBK23 Orbi which came with FW v2.2.1.210. According to the release notes for any new FW (e.g., https://kb.netgear.com/000061404/RBR20-RBS20-Firmware-Version-2-3-5-36-H...
Try the 2.3.0.28 version. make sure to update the satellites first.
You can also try using the auto update function.
