RBK23 I used a power adapter with a 24v output original one was 12v and my satellite is not working

Hi all,

Please help, I used a power adapter with a 24v output and the original one was 12v and my satellite is not working now. Is my satellite fixable? What should I do? I got it yesterday, I did this stupid thing while I was setting it up.

    Unlikely.

     

    It says 12 volts for a reason.
