RBK352 satellite synch issue.
Dear Community, I have encountered installing new Orbi RBK352. For some reasons I cannot synchronize satellite once it's relocated into seperate floor. What's very strange is:
1) any personal device I have (IPhone or HP laptop) wery well detecting signal from master router (located floor above).
2) signal range brodcasted from master router is detected as strong by these personal devices. It's around 70 % strong.
3) Speed performance measured on 2nd floor or ground floor (master router is placed in 1st floor) are very good. Actually with ISP link capacity offered by provider.
4) Firmware ver installed: 4.3.4.8
Im summary - what I have observer is for some reason stetelite cannot detect master router even when other devices can.
Did anyone from Community encountered such case ? Any tips, fixes or suggestion ?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
