    OMG it's working finally but not by port forward.

    I am using router build in VPN + openVPN +  tool in windows call wakemeonlan. Everything is working now even though i am not able to make it work on iOS. I try all the WOL app + openVPN on my iphone but nothing works so far. Anyway thanks for you help.

What modem are you using and are you using DDNS or do you have a static IP from your ISP?

I am renting charter modem not sure what brand and modem. But I am using same modem before and WOL works so I think the problem is on router
