rbk43 will not reset

Question

I have a RBK43 that is&nbsp; flashing white and will not reset. I have followed the directions of turning off and reseting with a paperclip and have held it for a long time. There is a flash of amber and then returns to flashing white. I have had it for 18 months. What options do I have?

So after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release, you can't access the RBR web page at 192.168.1.1 at all with a wired PC?&nbsp;&nbsp;

I have used the paperclip at least 50 times in hopes to reset. A couple times I get a flash of amber, but then it just goes back to flashing white and it never sends a signal wireless signal or even with a direct connect to a PC. There is something wrong with the reset function. Other sites have said that maybe it is stuck in updating the firmware. Is that possible?&nbsp;

Is that possible?&nbsp;maybe it would help if you mentioned why you were trying to reset the Orbi?&nbsp;What type of modem do you have?
