RBK50 cannot manage router using Chrome

It keeps bringing me back to a 401 unauthorized page where I can change my password after giving my routers serial number and answer 2 secret questions. I did that 3 times now, but it doesn't help.
I can connect through the app on my phone, so that seems to be normal.
What can I do about this?
