RBK50 Nightmare (Superhub 3 & QNAP)
So in a nutshell I'm looking for a blow by blow method of how to setup an RBK50 connected to a Virgin Superhub 3 - with a QNAP Nas connected somewhere. Why? Because the methods I've so far used have...

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Thanks FURRYe38 - the obvious and easiest option is 1), which I have been trying to do.
So I actually did get it going again.I reset everything - totally started from scratch.
Reset the Superhub 3 - once reset, then put it into modem mode, and switched it off.
Reset the Orbi router and satellite, started the set-up and paired router with satellite.
Then switched back on the modem - and everything worked fine.
I assumed then, it would be a case of, switching off the modem again (not switching off the Orbi), plugging the QNAP into the modem, and then restarting the modem.
It this point, the Orbi can't connect to the internet - which was the same issue I had before.
So I'm now considering doing the same thing again - resetting the Superhub etc - but when I should plug in the Orbi, also at the same time plug in the Qnap...
I don't understand why rebooting the modem should screw things up so much. It's a real PITA.
At this juncture it feels like any time I'll need to reboot any component, in order to get this to work, I'll need to reset and reboot everything in a particular order, or it won't work.

- Oddly - I did a half assed reset of everything last night (was in a rush), and again Orbi doesn't connect to the Internet but the Qnap has been picked up even though its connected to the Superhub.
Does anyone know if all the lan ports on the superhub work when it's in modem mode?
