RBK50 Orbi AC3000 compatibility

Is the RBK50 Orbi AC3000 compatible with an Arris Surfboard SB8200 Docsis 3.1 cable modem? I just upgraded to Xfinity Gigabit Internet. Igor the new modem but already had the Orbi AC3000. I’m getting nothing close to high speed (maybe 100 mgb) and Xfinity is giving me no help. Just trying to see if the older Orbi could be the problem?? Thanks

    Check with your modem and ISP services first. 

    Check speeds with a wired PC directly connected to the modem. 

     

    Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
    Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
    Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
    Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

     

    Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch. Do not enable Armor, Circle or Traffic Meter.
