RBK50 Router Connectivity Issue

If you power up the Orbi, not connected to the modem, and connect a laptop to one of the LAN ports, wired, not WiFi.

  1. Does the laptop connect? 
  2. If you open a web browser and connect to 192.168.1.1, does an Orbi web page come up?
    If so, what firmware version does it show?
