It might be helpful to know more about the devices connected to the satellite and what they are attempting to do.
As the Attached Devices display shows them as "connected", are you able to communicate with them from a device that is attached to the router? (For example, "ping" their IP address.)
By-the-way, Netgear has released a newer firmware version* for the RBK50 system, V2.7.5.4, which can be found here:
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/rbk50#download Instructions for manually installing firmware can be found here:
I do not mean to suggest that updating the firmware will "solve this problem". However, when issues persist users are frequently encouraged to update to the latest firmware.
* People are often surprised that Netgear appears to follow a gradual and incremental approach to releasing new firmware. After the internal Quality Assurance process and (possible) Beta tests with select users, new firmware may appear on the Netgear support web site where "early adopters" can download, install, and experience "what happens". I have noticed that comments will appear on the community forum shortly after new firmware appears and they are not always positive. In at least once instance, new firmware was pulled from the support site because of unfortunate consequences for some users. Most of the time, after 4-8 weeks, Netgear will trigger the Orbi app or the Orbi web interface to alert users to the new firmware. There are, of course, numerous customers who never look at the app or the web interface. (Maybe they are too busy using their WiFi network.) At some point, Netgear may finally push the new firmware to those customers.

Any device connected to the satellite has the same pattern - It successfully receives an IP address and is recognized as connected to the network. However, the devices have no Internet connectivity. If you attempt to open a webpage, any webpage, it will redirect you to the orbi login page for the satellite instead. If you simply walk back downstairs and roam back onto the RBK50 router, internet connectivity is restored.
My next step is to try the firmware update but not expecting much from that.- CrimpOnApr 23, 2023Guru - Experienced User
Thanks for the quick response. On one of the Windows laptops, can you open a Command window
and try to ping the router (which is usually 192.168.1.1) or an internet server such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or perhaps by name, such as ford.com ?
