In this case clients include cell phones (iOS and Android), and Windows 10 PC's. Any device connected to the satellite has the same pattern - It successfully receives an IP address and is recognized as connected to the network. However, the devices have no Internet connectivity. If you attempt to open a webpage, any webpage, it will redirect you to the orbi login page for the satellite instead. If you simply walk back downstairs and roam back onto the RBK50 router, internet connectivity is restored.

Thanks for the quick response. On one of the Windows laptops, can you open a Command window
and try to ping the router (which is usually 192.168.1.1) or an internet server such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or perhaps by name, such as ford.com ?
