RBK50
I currrently have the Orbi RBK50 model for 5000 sqft. I need to purchase an additional “SINGLE” Orbi Unit for my basement. Will this pair with my existing Orbi RBK50??”

Yes, as long as it is an Orbi satillite configuration (as opposed to router), such as RBS 20, 40, or 50 or RBW30.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
