We are having an issue setting up our new orbi system with 1 satellite. We are getting an error where it is stating the Ethernet cable need to be plugged in, which we have done but we are still getting an error. Can someone please assist.

The ethernet cable connects the WAN (yellow) port on the Orbi router to the modem, correct?
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?Where are you seeing this message at? On a wired PC connected to the RBR?
Ensure your PCs networking is set for auto obtain IP addressing.
