Does anyone have a 24 hr 1-800# for support? My cell provider sent me a text that I used over $30 long distance while I waited on hold for 2.5 hours yesterday, finaly gave up. Called again now, talked to guy, had to be transferred to get correct help, been on hold 1.5 hours so far. What terrible support.

  • Netgear provides 90 days of "complimentary support" with a new purchase.  On the product registration page, there is a link to "Contact Support".  Alas, I have never used the link because I had no issues with my Orbi within the first 90 days.  This is why I joined this community forum.  (So, I do not know if this results in a telephone call, a "Live Chat", or an email link.  Sorry.)

     

    This forum is a bunch of people who have Orbi WiFi and volunteer to help others who are past the 90 day support limit.

     

    Perhaps if you describe the problem in some detail, one of the forum participants can offer suggestions.
