I just got off the phone with customer service due to a weird issue where the orbi stopped working. I don't have the extra protection but our internet tech stopped by and said the ports are the issue....

I'm posting the complaint because of the non service received. The orbi stopped working. It wont reset, the light either blinks white or its pink

Check the power adapter. Swap the adapter with the RBS adapter and see. If this fails, I recommend you contact NG support and get there help then:
