RBK53 AP Mode Not Working with TDS Fiber Modem

Regardless of if the Orbi is in Access Point or Router mode, the cable from your ISP modem needs to be connected to the Internet port of your Orbi router - no?

It is connected to my wan port, and is currently working correctly via a wireless backhaul. I was just listing different countermeasures that I deployed to see if anything would resolve my issues when switching it to AP mode.
