You cannot turn off the 5 GHz on Orbi. WiFi needs 5 GHZ for proper operation with modern devices The best solution would be to buy an HDMI transmitter that uses a frequency that does not overlap with WiFi. There are several that operate at 60 GHz. See the thread linked above for some options.
