I think it's unusual to have one's phone auto-connect to both your primary and guest networks. They have a different SSID, right? Do you want your phone to automatically connect to your guest network?
If you turn off auto-connect for your guest network then I think you won't have a problem with your Samsung phone apps and can ignore any differences between your main vs. guest network strengths.
