RBKS50 wired AND wireless extremely slow

I have an Orbi RBK50 with one satellite, both 11 months old. The satellite is synced with the modem fine. The modem is in my office, the satellite is in the basement, our house is about 1500 square feet. The satellite is about 20-25 feet away from directly below the modem in the office on the first floor. The basement cameras have seemed to work fine, lately i saw a couple indicators on my 2 computers in the basement regarding slow connection. So this morning I checked speeds. Upstairs, on the modem I am seeing 400Mbps+ on the download, 23Mbps+ on the upload. However, on the satellite, I am seeing more towards 75 download, 12 upload. This is for BOTH wired AND wireless.  So far, the posts I read refer to slow wireless speeds.  Does anyone have thoughts on why there would be such a huge discrepancy and slowdown on the satellite?  Thank you in advance for any thoughts/guidance.
