RBR 20 disabled device cannot be re-enabled

I disabled an android device on my network on accident under device manager. Now it wont show up on my device manager to re enable. I have a RBR20 firmware v2.6.2104.   How can i reenable the devic...

How can i reenable the device or see it in my device manager to reenable. I am using the app.

You may need to use the Orbi web interface to change the status of this device to "Allowed".
