What is the mfr and model # of the wifi adapter on the PC?
Be sure the adapters wifi driver is updated.
I have heard of some PS4s not connecting wirelessly to Orbi. If the other PS connects and the other doesn't, I would presume there maybe a difference on the Pro version. Something to ask Sony about. I would wire connect the Pro version to see if it connects to the back of the RBR.

IF you temporarily disable WPA2 on the RBR for a few minutes, setting the wifi security to open, does the USB adapter connect then? After testng, re-enable WPA2 and AES.
Can try disabling Beamforming and MIMO on the RBR and try again.
