RBR 20 will not unblock site

I went to advance settings and always allowed HTTPS. This did not work for me. Are there any other solutions? I am attempting to log into my tv streaming service( which has worked previously and no changes have been made) now the Orbi blocks it as soon as I attempt to enter a password. I unblock the site, but it still continues to block.

    HTTPS on the RBRs web page is not for HTTPS sites. This setting is for the remote login to the RBRs web page when working remotely. You can enabled this to use HTTP or HTTPS for logging into the RBRs web page remotely. This doesn't effect internet web sites.

        What Firmware version is currently loaded?
        What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

         

        Is Armor or Circle enabled on the RBR?
