RBR-40 'Dropped' Hard-wire Network
Went on 4-day trip and everything was working. Came back and my hard-wired Personal network would not show on any app or computer (2). Only hard-wire network that shows is my Guest one. However, both my Personal and Guest Wi-Fi show up and I am able to connect from PC and mobile devices on either one. Had Firmware V2.7.4.22 on my RBR-40 to start and loaded V2.7.4.24 to see if that would fix issue - nope. Also, when I checked my PC connectivity it shows Guest as connected but "No Internet Access" and shows "NortonSecure VPN internet access". Turing off Norton 360's VPN results in the "NortonSecureVPN internet access" disappearing, and the Guest showing "Internet Access".
I have powered down/up all devices, and have disconnected/reconnected all hard-wire connections without results.
So, does anyone have an idea what happened and how to fix it?

Update to original post: Re. tow computers - Desktop is a Dell 8700 and other PC is a Dell Latitude Laptop - both running Windows 10. Both are on same hard-wire that carries both Personal and Guest nets, and have same problem. Neither will show Persona ethernet connection.
When hardwired with ethernet, there isn't a "guest" network. The guest network is only using wifi. So whats telling you you're on the guest network? (screenshot is best)
I'm betting its showing it on windows? If so, its how windows ID's your network. Not really a big deal. Maybe the router updated or windows updated and is now identifying it different.
