RBR 40 only operates on guest not primary as that password is not valid

I cannot connect to the router using the manufacturer's password printed on the bottom of router.  Only the guest address works.  This ORBI has a satellite as well.

Or set up the RBR with a factory reset and use a wired PC and web browser connected to the RBR and web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.net.
