RBR 50 - 3 years perfect now my desktop is VERY slow online

I see the adapter is only connecting at 200Mpbs.
Specs say it should connnect:
Peak Speed: 433 Mbps
Standards: 802.11ac Wave 2, 802.11a/b/g, 802.11n
Wi-Fi Spectral Bands: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz
Channel Utilization: 20/40/80 MHz
MIMO Configuration: 1x1 (1-stream) <Not great for connection rates and speeds.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
If the one PC is the only one having problems while others are not, it maybe the PC or the wifi adapter with in the PC that needs to be looked at.
You might contact Dell and ask for help and support information regarding there product and this wifi adapter.
Ensure the adapter drivers are up to date for the PCs networking adatpers.
Have them check to see in the advanced settings of the adapter to see if there maybe a setting to force the adapter to only connect to 5Ghz. Sometimes adapters may have this option.
Check the ethernet cable speeds at this PC as well to see if speeds are to spec
