I see the adapter is only connecting at 200Mpbs.
Specs say it should connnect:
Peak Speed: 433 Mbps
Standards: 802.11ac Wave 2, 802.11a/b/g, 802.11n
Wi-Fi Spectral Bands: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz
Channel Utilization: 20/40/80 MHz
MIMO Configuration: 1x1 (1-stream) <Not great for connection rates and speeds.

Would be nice to know what they did to correct that. If nothing else has changed since then, sans the FW update, I presume the system should be working ok.
That ISP modem isn't the greatest. Might ask the ISP if there maybe a better modem they can let you use.
You might uncheck some of the logs captures, like VPN and access to allowed sites. Uncheck items you don't really need. Helps limit the logs and the router having to track all that.
Has a full power OFF of the RBR and ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON been performed?
Last resort maybe a reset on the Orbi system...

Although I had already done this, this morning I did it again-
I shutdown my desktop, the ISP modem, the Orbi and its satellite. The only signal in the house was ATT.
(FYI, in case this is useful information- the ISP modem is connected via both a coaxial cable and a blue ethernet cable coming from the wall. The Orbi has two blue ethernet cables connected in the back. One in the port labeled ethernet and one in the port labeled internet. I haven't changed any wiring on the modem or the Orbi.)
After everything had been shut down for at least 15 minutes, I brought up the ISP modem. No wireless on anything. I turned on the Orbi. 200+ mbps on 2 ipads and 2 iphones. My desktop which is within 3 feet of the ISP modem and less than 30 feet from the Orbi was getting 49 mbps. No signal upstairs until I booted the satellite. Then there was 200+ mbps on any device taken upstairs.
I've (again) run Dell diagnostics. No problems anywhere. I can't think of any logical reason to go back to factory defaults on the Orbi, but will if you can think of any.
I am going to do Dell support online one more time before I try to argue with Spectrum abt the modem. Do you have anymore thoughts? I appreciate anything.

Seems maybe this one Dell device could be having problems if pads and phones are seeing to spec speeds.
Make sure the wired and wireless adapter drivers are up to date.Be sure to check speed with a wired connection at the modem with out the RBR online then one with the RBR online.
