RBR 50 - 3 years perfect now my desktop is VERY slow online

I see the adapter is only connecting at 200Mpbs.
Specs say it should connnect:
Peak Speed: 433 Mbps
Standards: 802.11ac Wave 2, 802.11a/b/g, 802.11n
Wi-Fi Spectral Bands: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz
Channel Utilization: 20/40/80 MHz
MIMO Configuration: 1x1 (1-stream) <Not great for connection rates and speeds.

Thanks so much for your help. I have been online chatting with Dell. They are sending a technician and a new wireless card.
