RBR 50 cannot connect to internet

I was having speed issues with ORBI, have had system for more than a year with intermittent issues.

I tried to logon to router and Netgear requested a password change...DO NOT DO THIS!!

After finally getting back to the original password, ORBI would connect with modem, but could not access internet. I reset modem and Orbi system multiple times, was able to get on internet using ethernet cable with modem, connectivity was related to ORBI. I finally did a hard reboot and reset ORBI to factory settings and VOILA all is now well.

Hope this saves someone the 3.5 hours I spent working on this...
