Firmware upgrade assumes the Orbi is working. If these steps are followed, the Orbi should be broadcasting the WiFi name printed on the bottom label, usually ORBIxx. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMw4ePACgc4 Sometimes, people do not hold the paperclip in long enough for the Power LED to begin flashing amber.
Is there a computer (PC, Mac, laptop) that can be connected to the Orbi with an ethernet cable?
