RBR 50 satellite not connecting to internet after firmware update

Hi.  I rebooted the router and the satellite but problem persists. Any solutions?

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!!

     

    I understand that your satellite is unable to connect to the internet after a firmware update. Please check the Orbi admin page to ensure that your RBR50 is connected to your RBS50. To view, navigate to the Manual Update page and verify that your satellite is also showing under your router.

     

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    Navigate to http://orbilogin.com

    Next, navigate to "ADVANCED"

    Next, "Administration"

    Then, "Firmware Update"

    Finally, select Manual Update.
