RBR 50 WAN Port Stuck at 100M Speed
I can't seem to get the WAN port on my RBR50 Router up to 1000M speed, all of the non WAN ports are at the speed. Yes the device i am connecting to it supports 1000M ethernet link.

For others who may see this same problem, I had the same symptom. Looking at the WAN statistics, the WAN port was 100M. I had reused the same cable hooked up to my prior router. I switched to the cable that came with the Orbi, and then I was set to 1000M. My download speed for the router went from about 98 to 591 Mbps. This may not be the solution for everyone with this problem, but it worked for me, so thought I would share it. The cable I was using is marked CAT 5, the Orbi supplied cable is marked CAT 5.E.

CAt5E or CAT6 cableing is recommended. You can use good quality cabling from online cable supplyer sites like deepsurplus and monoprice.

Thought I would check my Orbi port settings, and realize I do not know where to find that neat table of ports/WiFi bands. Web interface? NetGear Genie? Sorry to be a bother.
