RBR 50 wifi speed slowed down

Please describe what the Orbi is connected to (brand & exact model).  And, how are you measuring speed?

    My Orbi is connected to Motorola Surfboard SB6141 modem. Measuring the speed on speedtest.net website from my laptop.
