RBR10 Orbi Mesh two Satellites Case 43545300

Couldn't find the model sorry. Netgear support tickets are useless. Been there two week now with no response so I thought I'd check here.

 

I have two satellites

Firmware is up to date

One sat is in another room line of sight from the Orbi router about the 30ft away required

Another is downstairs.

 

I'm getting horrible connectivity issues between the Orbi router and the line of sight sat. It's very intermittant however and difficult to tell what the problem may be. 

 

Any general advice? 

What information may I give you to help?
