RBR10 Satellites won't sync

I recently bought a RBR10 Orbi Dual band AC1200 Mesh router with 2 satellites. The router set up fine, but after several attemps, I can't seem to get the satellites to sync up. The lights appear to be red on the front. Ive moved them until they are about 10 feet from the router, so distance doesn't seem to be the issue. Any suggestions?
