RBR10 very, very slow

This does not give much to work with.  It is often helpful to know:

• What speed of internet service has been contracted for?
• What is the ISP device (modem)?  (brand & model)
• What speed is reported when a computer is attached directly to the ISP modem?
• What is "slow"?  (Orbi Speed Test report?  Computer attached to Orbi router?  Device connected over WiFi?)
