RBR10 won't connect

Greetings, I was given an RBR10 router with 2 satellites. The light on the router never turned solid white, but blue. After several minutes I continued with the install. When it came time to connect...

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to? 

Did you factory reset it prior to trying to install? 

What firmware is on the router and on the satellites?

It's a Netgear router from Charter. I unplugged it as per instructions. I have no idea what the firmware is.

    You still don't say a model. Or how you have it setup. These are key as if its a modem/router combo device, it causes a double nat.

    I understand that your Orbi router is showing blue and did not show white. Blue on the Orbi router and satellite successfully synced, and the connection between the router and satellite is good. Please restart your mobile device the connect to your Orbi network. Please ensure that you are entering the login credentials that you used when setting up your Orbi Mesh System.
