RBR20 - failing to update firmware
My ORBI RBR20 with 2 satellites fails to update the firmware ..... and the support from Netgear is non existent. Checking the app (v2.5.1.2), it shows the firmware as 2.3.5.26AU ...... I have had...
The most current firmware for the RBR20 is 2.5.1.16:

The only way to update to this firmware is by using the Orbi web interface (with a web browser). The "app" cannot perform a manual update.
Netgear has angered many users with these email notices. Sorry.
