RBR20 & RBS20 Reject update of Firmware V.2.6.1.38.
My Orbi RBR20 failed to update to V2.6.1.38 via IOS device, stating "no new updates" at V2.5.1.6 I next attempted direct connection via ethernet cable from a win10 laptop loaded with both satellite ...
It's recommneded to not use the Orbi app to update FW. If you wanting to update fw, use a wired PC and web browser and manually download and send FW files:
Of course updateing the RBS first then RBR lastly. I would use IE, Edge or Firefox to do this.

Service is super fast and no problems with streaming audio or video hardware through my mesh network, so I'm goijng to stick with V2.5.1.16 until futher notice. You should be aware however that there is some kind of bug with this firmware update and my devices.
